Utility bills can be confusing, and we are here to help.
Energy for Palmdale’s Independent Choice (EPIC) and Southern California Edison (SCE) partner to generate and deliver electricity to our community. SCE will still send your monthly bill, which will show your SCE charges for delivery, followed by your EPIC charges for electricity supply/generation. EPIC is NOT an added fee. You will receive one bill, the same as you always have. EPIC will simply replace SCE’s supply/generation charges.
If you want to know more about your bill, we invite you to review the sample bill below that explains the various charges.
