My neighbor received a notice, but I have not received anything. Why?

All energy customers within the Palmdale City limits should receive four notices regarding their enrollment date of October 1^st, 2022, with the first notice arriving in August. If your neighbor received a notice but you did not, you may be outside the City limits.
