Can Southern California Edison raise delivery fees on Energy for Palmdale’s Independent Choice customers above those of non- Energy for Palmdale’s Independent Choice customers?

No. Southern California Edison must provide the same rates for all customers in their service area whether or not they receive electricity from Energy for Palmdale’s Independent Choice or another third-party energy service provider.
