Launched in late February 2023 by Energy for Palmdale's Independent Choice (EPIC), this program helps eligible customers reduce the costs of owning a PHEV or EV by providing significant rebates on charging equipment.
As an Energy for Palmdale’s Independent Choice (EPIC) customer, you may notice that your energy bill contains charges from both EPIC and Southern California Edison (SCE). This is a normal part of our service structure and does not mean you are being double charged.
